Communicating with the School and Governors

Answers to queries relating to the day-to-day running of the school should always be sought from teaching staff and their managers in the first instance – not from the Governors, whose role is purely strategic.

Should it be felt necessary, the teacher may then choose to pass the query upward to the appropriate member of the school’s management team including the Headteacher, Sarah Baker. She works closely with the Chair of Governors who will be kept fully informed of any query that warrants Governor involvement, as necessary.
